First National Bank in Sioux Falls is one of the oldest and largest independent financial institutions in South Dakota. When their Sioux Falls downtown office needed a system upgrade to existing HVAC operations O’Connor Company kept two factors in mind, occupant comfort and energy efficiency. Being a leading financial institution, employee and customer comfort were of top priority, while keeping energy costs at a minimum.
